I'll be closely going through his predictions on Sat arvo when it's done and dusted. Hope he's right the Cats are focussing on three tall kids, picking the best of whichever one is about when we are up.

I really hope that the crows dont go with what is listed in regards to interstate lads !!!

I was lucky enough to go to all SANFL Grand Finals this year and in the under 17s and 19s probably saw 1 lad from each side that I would draft easliy.
It is what it is !!!

Got a friend who is a very very unhappy Richmond supporter (after 27 years of waiting) and he's spent most of the week bombarding the club with emails that he doesn't want Cotchin, no matter how many times he's told what a super player and super kid he is, because he wants Tigers to take someone tall to play in a key position. Would cheer him up enormously if Cotchin went to the Blues by some late unexpected miracle, and his club didn't have to make the choice, because the club is terrified he will be an absolute superstar.

Interesting that of the first 12 picks west of the SA/Vic border only one is from SA, 10 from WA, 1 from NT

Well your friend should watch Trent play a little more.. Trent is going to be a star, he is a beautiful kick, well balanced and IMO the best player in the draft. Richmond may still take Morton who is also going to be a very good player and may suit Richmonds needs a little more.

On WCEs selections, i would be reallly happy with Masten/Cotchin, Selwood, Simpson and Maric. The club is very keen on Maric and if Cotchin does not slip to 3 then we will take Masten who loves the club and will be a very good player. Picking Selwood there may be paying a little over the odds but should be worth it in the long run. Maric is a freak and Dawson is a giant so it would be a very productive draft. Looking forward to Sat.

Would also be very surprised to see David Gourdis slip as far as he had him, he is a key forward with amazing speed and vertical leap. Really impressed at the draft camp and may go a little earlier.

Get ready for a possible lean year for SA. Ebert and Greenwood may be the only draftees from us picked up in the first 3 rounds. THere may be some action late but even then some of those players may end up lasting till rookie picks (Petrenko, Murphy, Blesing etc)

I could only wish Geelong could get Cotchin this year, but we did get Selwood last year, so can't complain too much
