If that’s the way he’s going to roll from now on then I’m fine with that, I’d rather see him still playing some form of international cricket and if he’s going to break down in a match I’d rather it be in a white ball game instead of day one of a test.
He’s been a wonderful servant to our test team over his career and kudos to him if he chooses to put his nation ahead of his own agenda by not wanting to let the team down.
Yeah, Solar Panel is an interesting one, it’s kinda weird that our test captain isn’t captain of all forms when he’s playing, he is the one player that I’d prefer to stick to red ball cricket to get some extra miles out of his body, despite Starc’s recent heroics I still rate Pat higher, he’s the one that can bowl to a plan and break a partnership with ripper delivery with a 72 over old ball.
HOGG SHIELD DIVISION V WINNER 2018.

Second trial match against Pakistan on now, 4 changes for Aus who are bowling first again.
Marsh, Inglis, Kuhnemann and Abbott in for Owen, Phillippe, Edwards and Beardman so more of a first choice team.

Raising your bat when making 76 and being dismissed by a spud is highly questionable behaviour.
