Parkway Drive's festival Park Waves which was due to hit Adelaide on Friday February 20 has been cancelled nation wide.

In some more positive news AC/DC got a staggering 102,000 people to their show at the Adelaide 500 last Sunday. I've never heard of a concert in Adelaide getting anywhere near that amount, that's two Adelaide Ovals!

I believe it's in a new area downstairs now opening up onto the cloisters, not the old little unibar upstairs anymore.

I saw the Mavis's a couple of times up there in the 90's and Mike Patton's metal band Fantomas in 2000.
