Series over.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Played boys.

Trav has earned himself a threesome with the missus and Kate Collins tonight.
Dunno, I’m just an idiot.

Travis Head when Australia needs him is seriously THE MAN. The only thing left on the list is to win Australia a series in India. Steve Waugh like.
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Great days play.

Just thinking about how fit Alex must be, played the majority of the game as either a batsman or keeper in such hot and humid conditions

Stokes unable to bowl after his innings

Hope we bat them into the ground tomorrow

Great point, but not unexpected … one’s an Aussie, actually a South Aussie which is even better, whilst the other is a Pom, well sort of :D

The Poms will we or won’t we Bazball is a bit like the former NZ player Bob Cunis.

As a commentator at the time put it … Cunis at the Vauxhall End. Cunis, a funny sort of name: neither one thing nor the other

Yesterday was Travis’ 4th century in 4 tests at Adelaide Oval.

Went to the cricket yesterday with my elder brother. The last time we went was a previous ashes test, January 1976. Did not drink quite as much but wore hats and sunscreen this time.

Stokes opens today, only just tuned in, did they say why he didn’t bowl yesterday?

He was “fatigued”
Poms reckon he wasn’t injured
