Re: The Ashes 25/26
The Englishman that I’ve grown most respect for this series is Stuart Broad, he must be seething at times but the times I’ve heard him in the box and the snippets I’ve seen have surprised me, he has been far less bias than I thought he would’ve been and he’s copped shit on the chin, he’s even complimented the Aussies at times.

That’s why I’m shocked that people think England haven’t changed their style this test.locky801 wrote:Wonder when the last time was the England had two batters bat the entire session and had strikes rates in the 30's
Cudos to Stokes and Jacks. have now batted for 30 overs for a partnership of 65
Thinking of having a punt on England at $11.00, have come in substantially
They’ve definitely tampered back their aggression.

Re: The Ashes 25/26
I gave Ben Stokes a serve last test
But his efforts with bat and ball this test is inspiring
Jacks did his job, out to a freak catch-by Steve Smith
Would prob have been 4 runs if anyone else was at First Slip

Carey’s keeping should end the debate for a very long time. He would be MOTM if not for Starc

Re: The Ashes 25/26
You’ve gotta wonder what the sliding scale is with the keeper/batter status.
Rod Marsh was the best keeper I’ve seen for Australia, Gilchrist was the best batter I’ve seen out of all our keepers, Haddin, Healy and Paine have all been more than handy but Carey is becoming elite at both disciplines.
