Kudos to Neser for bouncing back in the last session. It’s symptomatic of the difference between the two teams.

Biggest difference between the two teams. One team has shown an ability to adjust the conditions (yes it is home) and situation of the game and perform.

The other team has shown a lack of ability to adjust to the conditions (lack of preparation?) and the situation and that is reflective in under performance.

One team can leave the egos at the door the other well their hubris will probably cost them a series that their talent says their more than capable of winning.

If he does and gets away with it could be in for some interesting cricket

He looked cooked last night as a few of the English bowlers were. The Australian tail end ground them out well.

Bot sure what we will see from him today, but he will battle,he normally does he the English tail can bat, so they can still set us a score.

-Archers effort levels have been horrible
-spinners are junk
-Carse is a poor man’s Wagner

Both sides are scoring at quick run rates after the AU first dig in Perth
Both side batters have got out to reckless shots

The difference between the 2 sides is not always about game plans, coaches , what aftershave they wear
Its about the fact that its where these games are played s of paramount importance
Since 2000 the home country mostly does well


Plus we have a massive advantage playing PINK ball test matches in OZ

Green playing the situation in the night session, followed by Carey who was fortunately dropped. Which would have had the Aussies right under the pump at 6/292 with over 45 minutes in the night session remaining.

Yeah Starc and Boland did first session yesterday but that’s how rubbish Englands attack is.

Right now you can say England are playing smart. Which if they do it gives their talent a chance to perform

Perhaps up the anti in the 2nd session and get that lead up around 150

If they get bowled out then, they have something to bowl at in the evening session.
