I was thinking the other day after reading his posts, is LM the new Psyber?

I said "Shit, are they still alive? I loved them when I was a teenager"

We had a bit of a chat about them and spoke of a few of their songs.

Today he came and said "Hey, my wife isn't too keen on going to the concert on Tuesday, do you want her ticket? I'll pick you up and drop you off"

Looking forward to seeing them, they have some ripper songs.
Play your cards right LM and old mate could well be having an affair

The unsophisticated one.

It's insane, I do very little besides work and exercise, I make sure my phone goes into sleep mode at 10pm because nothing good happens after 10, yet I still find a way to be on the phone one way or another agreeing to something that I shouldn't be at stupid o'clock. I wish I could say "no" sometimes as I've got myself into somewhat of a predicament again that will hopefully just blow over naturally.

Free Amyl and the Sniffers concert cancelled 8 minutes before the start due overcrowding concerns. (Really, what did Melbourne council expect? Sheesh...)

The band promptly splits its performance fee between 7 live music venues in Melbourne, to shout a drink to all the people who turned up.

Respect.

Despite the knee blowing out I've loved the last month.

My 50th with loved ones, Grinspoon with Mrs Boon after a great day out, Metallica with my metal family, day at the races and investing in a horse then the Living End to round out a big 4 weeks. Loved it. You gotta live I tell ya!

The Animals @ the Gov was a pretty good show last night, was a fair range of ages there too to my surprise.

Was off to a bad start though, the tickets were for tonight's show and last nights was a sellout, they refused our entry initially, dude that bought the tickets was shattered as he booked today off, we went and had a beer and I said "mate, we're getting in there, let me do the talking".

Best shoes/boots ever. Still got my pair I got as two for $500 10 years ago for work. Resoled and heeled a few times. Beats buying a pair of the "ol' Julious Marlows" every year in the Christmas sales for $100
