Vics are runaway leaders 4 from 4, everyone else is playing for second.
It’s funny as on paper that Vic side is very ordinary yet they sit at 4-0
Bowlers win games.

Boland, O'Neill, Murphy, Sutherland. Quality and well rounded state level bowling attack.

Agree and they've got some good quality bats that are developing (Peake and Dixon) and Kellaway who is probably 2nd in line after Renshaw for Khawajas spot and a couple of good old shield hands in Harris and Handscombe

They are a very good Shield team.

I'd have Fergus ahead of Abbott as they are similar in ability and performance over the last two years at Shield level and O'Neil is younger.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Agree re Kellaway - looks a promising type.

Yeah agree especially about Kellaway and Fergus.

Peake looks the business as well but a bit to go there.

QLD lost 4/1 making todays play interesting.

For the Redbacks a WA win is the best outcome

3-91 after 24 overs anything over 250 would be a good score on this wicket.

Head, Carey, Doggett and Weatherald all “rested” today but Webster playing.
Am I reading too much into the fact that all those guys in the test squad have been rested but Webster playing so might already have been told he won’t be playing in Perth?
