Monday to Friday same food everyday....hahaha

breakfast- high protein greek yoghurt, museli and a dash of honey with a cafe coffee from work
mid morning snack- protein bar
lunch- chilli tuna, lettuce and rice crackers, with a black coffee
mid afternoon snack- protein shake post workout alongside some beef jerky haha
dinner- meat and veg, and a couple of times a week with a pasta or rice.

roughly about 2100 calories with 140-160 grams of protein depending on the dinner meat.

Life is great :) :) :)

I had a habit a while ago of grabbing two slices of salami and placing a slice of Bega cheese in between them and eating it like a sanga with no bread.

Everyone mocked me til they tried it.

Now cheese is on the banned list, as is salami, bread, pasta, hot chips and anything from our work canteen.

It won't be forever, should drop another 2kg this week and then I can change the diet up, it will cop a hammering on weekends from the last Friday of the month until Christmas so I'll make sure there's a good balance.

Bread is not my friend, the difference from cutting that out is huge IMO, I'm quite happy to keep that out of the diet although once I get my Christmas Ham I don't think I'll feel the same, I really miss cheese, everything else is meh!

You shouldn't cut out anything. Everything in moderation.

I've lost 34kgs so far this year and the only thing I've really cut out of my life is bottled iced coffee.
My new Mantra - I am no longer available to things and people that make me feel like shit

I'm not a moderation person unfortunately, I buy a small packet of chips, I'll eat them all, I buy a large packet of chips, I eat them all, I buy chocolate, I eat it all.

I rarely eat at home and don't after 1pm. If I don't have crap food in my house I don't miss it.

34kgs is an amazing effort, well done,I only really started the journey at the arse end of August, tried earlier but got sick for ages and had no energy.

I had a bit of a point to prove to someone butn more importantly I did it for myself as I had been pissed off with myself for over 6 months.

Yeah same

Plus I find I don’t enjoy bread ‘that much’.

Would rather waste those calories on stuff I enjoy more like meat haha

Only time I really enjoy bread is with the thickly cut Christmas Ham with cheese, tomato and mustard pickles, bread has to be as fresh as a daisy though, can add a few thin slices of red onion too.

Usually Sunday I'll have a meat attack, I either have the kids over for a smoker cook up or like last Sunday lunch it was a scotchie with a lobster tail sitting on it, some cauliflower fries cooked in the air fryer as a side.

Rest of the week it's salmon and salad.

Due to heart disease I can't eat bread, pasta, rice, noodles, therefore I can only eat meat, seafood & veggies.
A couple of reds is fine, as long as it's a Tempranillo or a Montepulciano.
But when you think about it, this is a pretty good diet!
And I rate it! :D :D

If you eat that in moderation Centurion, can you lose weight?
