Does anyone from Goodwood grace these boards who would know if its accurate that he won't coach 3 or 4 matches because of other work commitments ?

As I understand it Chad has committed for 2 years at least

Chad was lined up to coach the Bays.

Still wanted to do some media work and needed to take some training and possibly even a game or two off during the year, so they declined the offer.

I was talking to a player from Goodwood during the season and I asked about him and he said he tore his hammy during preseason and just never got it right

Scott Thompson named as Brisbane Lions development coach :

The Club has also appointed former Western Bulldogs defender Liam Jones and former Adelaide Crows midfielder Scott Thompson as development coaches.

Thompson started his coaching career in 2017 as a development coach with Port Adelaide after 308 games as a player with Melbourne and Adelaide.

Following a break from coaching at AFL level, Thompson went and coached Unley Mercedes Jets in Division 2 of the Adelaide Football League.
