There were some big boys in action last night.
The Canadian who won the hammer throw, Ethan Katzberg, clocks in at a lazy 201cm and 107kgs.
The young Ukranian lad who finished 4th in the high jump, Oleh Doroshchuk, is a mere 205cm.

The film clip was a bit of favourite for the young lads, probably knocked the top off watching it back in the day.

Re: Things that you rate!
Had an absolute shit day yesterday, I was to have a scheduled meeting with our relatively new sales manager in the afternoon who shares a passion for Mustangs such as myself, only difference is that he owns one (I plan to get one next September).
He came to my office and put his keys on my desk and said "how about we have this meeting in my car? You can drive and I'll chat".
I was driving around suburbia and heading back to the office when he suggested that I take it out on to the expressway and open up the valves a little.
I guess small things make a diffierence in small minds, in a depressed state I thought it was a nice gesture that gave me reason to smile and appreciate life's offerings.
My desire incresed after a sample drive.
