We've dropped Lorenz the future of our side for Atkins to have a farewell game?

I've never felt this emotion.

Ken Hinkley has proven himself to be the greatest Port Adelaide coach of all time. From a club built on tradition and success across both SANFL and AFL eras, Hinkley has guided Port into the modern game with resilience, consistency, and a relentless drive for excellence. He has navigated the toughest competition in the country, kept Port a consistent finals contender, and built a culture of belief and unity that reflects the true Port Adelaide spirit. More than just wins, his leadership has defined a new era of Port Adelaide football, ensuring the club’s proud history continues to thrive in the national spotlight. No coach has had a greater impact on shaping both the identity and the future of Port Adelaide than Ken Hinkley.

7 finals appearances in 13 years is consistent ??

Gold Coast can chair him off. They kept him at AFL level 4 years longer than he should of been.

Lorenz will now qualify for SANFL finals if they make it?

I've had a rethink about this. He did have 6 turnovers in the 2017 GF so an opportunity to thank him wouldn't go astray.

Incredible focus on Ken this week, taking away from Boak imo, and Kenny has been lapping it up when he should have taken a step back

Will the players carry him on their shoulders off the ground?

So is ken clearing his desk this week or is he involved in the exit meetings? These days it is rare for a coach that is leaving to see out the end of the season

The club was kind enough to do it for him, now waiting for him to pick up the boxes. They also repossessed his MG.

He wasn't even involved in the interview process with Mani Liddy prior to the mid season draft.

At the risk of being too positive, that's wonderful news.
