Rosewater could also win both games and get second if PH beat SPOS but I guess you think we have no hope in R18 against the mighty farmers. Given how you smashed us in R9 you may be right. The Bedge wrote: St Paul's won the battle for 2nd spot, and will have a home final.. only way that changes is if Ingle Farm with both remaining games, and Para Hills upset the Saints which doesn't look likely to be honest.

Yeah top 5.whufc wrote:Is it top 5 finals????
Dumb question if IF and Rosewater finish 3rd and 4th how is that for a home final......???
Also, wouldn't worry about Elizabeth and Brahma Lodge, they will implode soon enough.
1 - week off
2 v 3 - 2nd home final
4 v 5 - 4th home final

I can't see SPOS losing any of their remaining games anyway to be honest... and Rd 18 will be a ripper - what happened in Rd 9 counts for nothing, just look at last weekend - IF beat SPOS by 90pts in Rd 8 but lost on the weekend.

I don't think so, mainly made up of players that played juniors out there and have some wise heads running the show again, none of the faithful will let the ball drop again.whufc wrote:Is it top 5 finals????

And I think the core of the current A grade group are mainly 2021 premiership players. Can't see them not at least playing finals next year.Lightning McQueen wrote:I don't think so, mainly made up of players that played juniors out there and have some wise heads running the show again, none of the faithful will let the ball drop again.whufc wrote:Is it top 5 finals????

The incredible thing is Trev is 42. I can barely get of the couch and hes taking hangers regularly

At his peak he was the best local footballer in SA in any comp. Could and still can seriously play! Old school ammo followers on here would remember Chris Munro who is of a similar ilk, however Trev is better and that’s a pretty big compliment.woodublieve12 wrote:The incredible thing is Trev is 42. Good win, but the win the club needed was last week. Fitzroy missing half a dozen also.old fullback wrote:Huge win by Ingle Farm today,
What should of been a good day for the club with 3 wins and much loved member playing his 200th ending on a sour note thanks to ******* pisspots who can't control themselves.
I'm sick of it.. repeat offenders, can **** off for good!
I'm tired of individuals who have ZERO involvement in the club rocking up on a Saturday to drink their own carton of beer, carry on like ****, then go home and leave others to clean up their mess.

Wasn't that bad just sick and tired of the same people who just rock up, get themselves drunk to the point they can't stand and add no value to the club at all.. in fact the opposite - they're the impression left on visitors.old fullback wrote:Didn't see anything from my hidey spot but I wasn't watching the crowd
Anyway rant over.. move on, one game to go.
Round 18 will be an absolute rip snorter!

Re: 2025 Adelaide Footy League - Division 6
Ladder Rd 17
28 - Fitzroy
26 - St Pauls OS
24 - Ingle Farm
22 - Rosewater
18 - OSB Lonsdale
--------------------------
18 - Para Hills
16 - Houghton
14 - Blackfriars OS
02 - Adelaide Lutheran
02 - West Croydon
Round 18
Fitzroy vs West Croydon - One way traffic, fine tuning for 'Roys before a week off.
Rosewater vs ingle Farm - battle for 3rd. Farmers could finish 2nd if Para Hills knock off St Pauls. Rosewater would need to win by 8 goals to jump the Farmers into 3rd spot. Plenty to play for.
OSB Lonsdale vs Adelaide Lutheran - Sullies looking to secure 5th, need to win and win well. Lutheran can rain on their parade and finish the season strong on a positive before heading back to D7 by knocking them off.
St Pauls OS vs Para Hills - St Pauls win secures home final and 2nd place, although if Rosewater beat Farmers then SPOS finish 2nd regardless of results, Para Hills though need to win to keep hopes alive. If Sullies win, Roos need to win by around 10 goals more than that margin to close the percentage.. will be a lot of interested viewers watching on.
Houghton vs Blackfriars - - Two sides out of the race looking to finish the season on a high. Both I expect will be right in the mix in 2026.
28 - Fitzroy
26 - St Pauls OS
24 - Ingle Farm
22 - Rosewater

Surprised at how well St Paul’s has performed in the second half of the season, especially with Henriks missing most of it. Assuming he’s back for the finals, they should be in a strong position to go all the way. Big games this week, will be crucial in determining the final ladder positions.
