I've been crook as since Wednesday evening and have hardly left the house.

My daughter and my Apple watch fitness thingy's are linked, she has been in full scale fitness mode for a few months, even has a trainer/dietician (she has lost near 20kgs and wasn't big to start with). Friday night my phone flashes "LMJ just completed a workout, LMJ closed all 3 rings" as I leant across to get myself another piece of pizza.

Sunday I get the same messages around 2pm, I then take another bit of my yiros.

5:30am as I'm getting ready for work she's at the gym and again as I'm leaving work, I'm proud of her desire and the way she pushes herself, North Adelaide cut her a couple of years ago because she was sluggish in the 2km time trials and now she runs 5kms in great times, it inspires me to make her watch acknowledge my efforts once I'm over this lergy, I haven't felt this shit in a long time.

We have some groups of customers coming through for a factory tour today, the groups were too big for one person so I was asked to take half of them each tour, I managed to get through one unscathed despite a few cliches and jokes, have another after lunch.

The leader of the team I was hosting gave me the perfect start:

The juggernaught took off from there, we soaked up the full hour.

Two days, came in this morning and told his leading hand that he was ill and then abused someone else on his way out.

After speaking to his trainer he said he was the last one at his workstation and the first one at the clockcard and was sneaking off for a durry despite being a smoke-free factory.
