Each to their own, I see a fair few of my friends did, I thought it was a let down, it may have the company I shared when I watched it.woodublieve12 wrote:I actually really enjoyed, except for about 20 minutesLightning McQueen wrote:Why they felt a need to bring out a Happy Gilmore 2, I figured it was gonna be shit as it went straight on to Netflix without hitting the cinema first.

I thought it was a crap story line, a too far fetched bits and pieces in it, at least the original had some substance, too much didn't need to put in the movie IMO.

Yeah agree found it a bit meh.
Didn't mind the LIV vs PGA golf storyline concept, enjoyed the 72 cameos but thought it all got a bit stupid at the end there with the tournament. Got real Ben Still zoolander, dodgeball feels about the finale.

"Andrews became eligible for a sculpture in February last year under a policy introduced in the 1990s by former Liberal premier Jett Kennett to recognise premiers who served for 3000 days.
In a twist of irony, the former Liberal premier missed that milestone, but sworn enemy Andrews sailed past."
Perhaps they should invite Jeff to help unveil the statue!!

Kennett didn't see his political demise coming, and thought he could rule Rome for decades … that statue will look nice

They could put a machete bin next to it - make it useful as people blunt their machetes trying to chop it downdedja wrote:This is so deliciousRB wrote:"Andrews became eligible for a sculpture in February last year under a policy introduced in the 1990s by former Liberal premier Jett Kennett to recognise premiers who served for 3000 days.

I’m all for a statue of Dan as long as the plaque reads “The man who gave us the longest lockdown in the world”

Absolute tragedy with the death at Morialta Conservation Park yesterday, and really feel for the poor fella’s family and friends … but knowing the place really well, it’s not dangerous at all if you keep to the paths and stay behind the fences that seperate you from high cliffs.

Yep, shouldn’t have to pay with your life for such an unnecessary act, despite him obviously having good intention.DOC wrote:Jumped a fence to retrieve a discarded drink bottle.dedja wrote:Absolute tragedy with the death at Morialta Conservation Park yesterday, and really feel for the poor fella’s family and friends … but knowing the place really well, it’s not dangerous at all if you keep to the paths and stay behind the fences that seperate you from high cliffs.
