Two Sundays in a row I've smoked a brisket for lunches for the week, used roast vegies Monday to Wednesday, steamed to finish out the week.

Sensational.

Used the Christmas Ham Bone for a vat of pea and ham soup along with cheesy scones with a hint of chilli.

Will have that next to the fire for lunch whilst I am hopefully delayed getting outside due to rain!
