Jeremy McGovern has been medically retired by the AFL’s concussion panel.

Finishes a 5x All-Australian, premiership hero & club best and fairest from 197 games. One of the greatest defenders of a generation.

Jay Clark has just released his top 50 players. Interesting list.

Three clubs have no representatives.

Wrst Coast. Fair Enough.

Richmond OK

Third club. ?.

Took me by surprise but upon reflection fair enough. Have a guess.

It’s Carlton

‘Now, Patrick Cripps, Charlie Curnow and Jacob Weitering are on the outside looking in at Jay Clark’s mid-year Top 50 players in the AFL’.

I bet they all lose sleep not being in his top 50!

He's been terrible this year.
They've played better when he's not in the team

The recent (very good) appointments have probably taken the heat off the AFL for the moment

I can see Harley being the next CEO - probably sooner than later

****ing umpiring is a disgrace and the weekend was no different
Time for the AFL to admit it & cut it back to 3

Clay Hall is this week’s rising star

This is the poorest year for rising stars there has been. Very few will go on to be regular AFL players
