1 Marnus Labuschagne
2 Usman Khawaja
3 Steve Smith
4 Cameron Green
5 Travis Head
6 Beau Webster
7 Alex Carey
8 Pat Cummins
9 Mitch Starc
10 Nathan Lyon
11 Josh Hazlewood

12 Scott Boland (spare quick)
13 Sam Konstas (spare bat)
14 Josh Inglis (spare keeper)
15 Matt Kuhnemann (spare spinner)
16 Bendan Doggett (spare alrounder)

Not sure I'm a fan of Marn opening and Smith at three, but they seem dead set keen to get Green back in the side.

Other option seems to be open Special K, Marn 3, Smith 4 and one of Big Cam or Big Beau at 6.

Don't think you could call Doggett an allrounder

Wouldnt Smith stay at 4, Green would just have to bat 3.
Webster is a certainty to play so it only leaves Konstas or Laba, the reports leaked to journo's are seldom wrong with cricket selection so Laba will be opening. Its almost as though they do it to gain public feedback before fully committing to the selection

In his first game of the County season back at Glamorgan playing against Northamptonshire Labuschagne opened the batting and was nicked off by Harry Conway for a 7 ball duck.
