We had the same issue - they finally arrived mid- Jan in a lump sum.
The other option is self claiming through the sports voucher portal - you run a report out of PlayHQ with all the vouchers claimed, and then upload that to the portal

Hmm okay, I'll look into this. Did consider liaising directly with the Office for Rec and Sport.
