Now? How many did you use to have?
I have 2-3 per day
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

Do you consume it via a drip?
A drip wouldn’t feed it fast enough

Same, sometimes 4, plus I’m fussy as faark. My missus says I’m a coffee snob.

I sometimes would have a dozen in the past. Bear in mind we have several quality coffee machines in the workplace and a pod machine at home so as a rule I’ll make one in the morning at about 5:30am to have on the drive to work then at work I’ll have a double shot at around 7:30-8, one for morning tea at around 11 which will be at a cafe somewhere then I’ll either have another whilst driving or with my lunch or sometimes both. Then I make one at work for the drive home in the arvo. Once home I usually have one after dinner and depending on the time maybe one just before bed
I can’t drink coffee after 3pm otherwise I struggle to sleep
My wife is the same. Can’t have coffee or cola drinks after about 3pm. I can literally have a coffee and cola drink and be asleep 5 minutes later
I am the same. some people have different ways caffeine reacts to their system or even the rate of metabolism of the caffeine is different. I read somewhere recently that people with ADHD have this effect where caffeine does not affect their sleep but cannot remember the scientific reason why (not suggesting we all have ADHD here...)
For me, it does not affect me but I can sleep 10-12 hours a night regardless so it is possibly affecting me a little but I can sleep that long and quick it is not noticeable.

Wow, I go to bed around 9 hoping to be asleep by 11 and then I'm lucky to not wake up before 3, alarm is set for 4:30am and I usually beat that by about 5 minutes on my 2nd or 3rd stint for the night....................and that's not having to get up for a wee, I just wake up and then have a million thoughts running through my head.
