Rain will make the game interesting in Melbourne tonight, almost nullifies McKay and Curnow I would think

Reckon the Crows win this comfortably.
Reckon will only be a goal or two either way but the Crows have a lot more firepower than us so we don’t want to engage in a shootout

Wasn't sure I heard right when they said last night it was the first game at the G between the two in 30 years, but here we are.

Obviously. we've played at Colonial/Docklands/Telstra/Marvel/anything else since 2000, and I can remember Mark Harvey's last game being at Princes Park. Times flies when you're getting old...

I think if we had Langers & Rids we'd win, but they're just too bloody hard to replace. Great to see Tom Edwards get a gig, he was teaching PE a month or so ago!

Probably will be completely off the mark but feel the rain 100% works in the favour of Hawthorn.

Their small forwards Moore, Ginnivan, Watson resting mid will thrive in the wet weather.

On the other hand Carltons defence is based around the intercept marking of Weitering, McGovern and Haynes. Wouldn't be surprised to see Haynes named as the sub. How are they going to fit the big 3 down back.

Carltons biggest weakness is the small forwards.

Haynes couldn't take a mark in the dry last week, he's no chance to clunk it tonight!

If you make finals you tend to play more often at the G

These are the games we lose. Drinking a bit of bathwater from a good win against a depleted side at home, the oppo playing at home coming off a loss and fired up...

IF you have a TAB account:

They are offering your stake back up to $50 on a SGM for tonight if it loses.

I had to read and reread that several times.

If I have this correct then a $50 SGM either wins or money back, can’t lose….

Sportsbet as well for tonight and tomorrow night, SB did that for every AFL and NRL game last weekend. SB are bonus bets though
