How flexible are the arrangements?

Supposed to be one day WFH per week if agreed with your boss.

I've spent the last year reminding myself it's probably not my business.. but hard not to get frustrated when someone clearly is taking the p*ss when everyone is super busy as it is.

Our rostered days off are our Flexi Friday - idea is to work additional hours over the fortnight and get every second Friday off.

So far:
1st week - 1x work from home (Monday), 1x sick day (Friday)
2nd week - 3x work from home (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), 1x Flex Friday
3rd week - 2x work from home (Monday, Tuesday), 1x sick day Thursday
4th week - 1x public holiday (Monday), 2x work from home (Wednesday, Thursday).

Days worked:
Mondays - 0
Tuesdays - 2
Wednesdays - 3
Thursdays - 1
Fridays - 1 (interestingly was an early finish for "drinks" with a former colleague).

Well that clears it up a bit... nowhere near as flexible as she seems to be interpreting. Unless she has additional permission from her manager?

The main consideration I think Bedge is, are her absences from the office affecting your work?

If so, that might be the best way to raise it - i.e. impact on the work you're doing and KPIs/deadlines/other measurables.

For our team, it's only her and I based in Adelaide the rest are in Brisbane, so I feel it's more a matter of out of sight, out of mind - no one is here to really hold her to account - and as Dedja pointed out that's not my place.

Similar, but WFH 3 days a week. They well and truly get 40+ from me, working across both APAC and EU business areas, it's a 16 hour workday span.
