Just give us Houston and be done with it.
At least then he'll get to play for the real black and white.

Had a day out against us last year so I can see why we are showing interest.
Can't stay on the field though it seems.
If he's fit then he might be ok for us.

Like all your key forwards.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.

Another season of mediocrity and another mention in the AFL Annual Report with respect to "growth of the game in Northern markets"....
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Seems that way.
Checkers has been pretty durable until last year.
McStay, well here's hoping he doesn't hurt himself again.
Cox looked terribly banged up last year towards the end of the season.
Krueger who knows? He hits in hard but seems to hurt himself in the process.

Re: 2024 AFL Silly Season
So how well is the AFL Trade Window going today?
I just tuned into AFL Trade Radio for the first time this week. I got to listen to Tom Morris tell Dan Hannebury about his own km time splits on his latest run vs his peak performance time during Covid.
That's how well its going.

Re: 2024 AFL Silly Season
The trade window is utter tripe, just a forum for clicks for the AFL
If they were serious, give them two days to get it sorted, otherwise we're stuck with numpties like Morris...

North are offering next years 1st rounder for Houston, surely Port take that? Presuming we finish bottom 6 next year that's a great deal for a club that will need to take some kids at some stage.

1) Assuming he's happy to go to North
2) It's the best deal for us
3) We've clearly got our eye on someone in this year's draft

THey should be able to wrap it all up in 5 days. Bloody ridiculous how drawn out this is. All about keeping eyeballs on the AFL.
1961, 1971, 1976, 1978, 1983, 1986, 1988, 1989, 1991, 2008, 2013, 2014, 2015.... And don't you forget it!

On the same token I found it ridiculous when they were listing off the Panther premiership players that are leaving, how do they not wait til seasons end for negotiations, what happens if you're playing against your new club in the GF?
