Prior from Keenihan and Williams at Salisbury B&F saturday night

Saw it was Knapp from Warner at Eastern Park

Not sure of any other results if they've been held

Daniel Tanczos from Terrel Rigney for Ingle Farm's A grade B&F Friday. Same top 2 as last year. Injury cost Rel in the middle part of the season.

Back to back for Tank.. a deserving winner, but I probably would've had Reece Johnston my favourite heading into the night.

Side note, what format do clubs use? Last year Payney went with a format that had top 3 get 10,9,8 and then every other player rated 1 to 5 depending on performance.. this year (and traditionally) we have 3x vote slips of 5,4,3,2,1 and they're done by randoms most week.

5,4,3,2,1 x3, done by head coach, assistant coach and then usually someone else watching the game from the bench

I think all systems are flawed but normally the most deserving still wins

6/5/4/3/2/1 or something like that with 1 or multiple people is best in my eyes

Player rating normally sways the votes for placing (3rd-6th for example) to guys who play each week no matter of their performance

I see Para Hills are advertising as well as per their constitution.. hate that shit. Wonder if Forby would be tempted to look at the Fitzroy role given his son plays there and they have an exciting list.

Sort of how I like it.

One year, i was coaching juniors and I noticed that one of the mums who had a voting slip was at the playground with her other child for the first quarter and a bit, I asked my team manager if she could go and retrieve the slip and give it to someone else. She went and got it and it was already filled out with her sons name at the top getting 5 votes, he was an absolute doiler just to top it off.

My team manager got the shits on with me early in the season when I insisted that we check the votes so we could see who took the piss and who done the the right thing, she changed her opinion after we had seen some of them, one of them had the same kid for the whole top 5 and had written "ha ha" down the bottom.

Yes, the Fitzroy and Para Hills job do look inviting!

I would say I'm likely to return to the coaching fold again next year.. all to be revealed in due time I guess as I try and formulate my master plan for 2025 :P

don't take the easy option, prove how good you are as a coach by taking on a challenge, like the Hounds.

West Croydon position has been filled, apparently.

Proof is in the record.. turn water into wine and useless mugs into less useless mugs  8)

If I was Blackfriars, I'd be giving former Woody Sth B grade coach Trent Peterson a call.. the Cats really missed a trick there by overlooking him in favour of Kilsby for the A grade job.

Pag is hot property at the moment I've heard.. just trying to get a piece of his time is a challenge.

I may or may not have enquired about the possibility of him landing at the Farm..

Eastern Park really excited about the challenge of division 5 next season..

Especially heading in with pretty much their entire premiership team including association leading goal kicker, the norm smith medalist and the association medalist

Hoping they are around the mark again in Div 5 :) :) :) #salisburysuck

Thought Mansell was retiring?

With Joel Holloway, Tyrone Milera, Brandon Rigney, Reece Johnston, Dom Barry and Trae Milera all coming across, how will you keep them all satisfied with the points situation?

Mansell will end up staying on, he will just be retired until March.. Joel Holloway just won a flag, be no chance to land him :) Tyrone signed for 6 other clubs already and none of the others mentioned have been spoken to or will be spoken to.. we’ve got room for 3 recruits though :) :)

Ingle farm paying the Rigney boys way too much to even follow up with a second message

113 goals between them as dual position players.. I'd say it's worth the alleged investment.

Of course meant I had to take a pay cut from nothing to less than nothing but that's ok, we all make sacrifices. 8)
