Calm down kids let's just all agree to disagree with grace and dignity shall we?

Ol Charlie does look a lot trimmer though.

Well, there you go, widely regarded as down to earth and genuine by many it's an interesting take on him. I'll take your well educated view for what it's worth.

He's been open and honest about mental health struggles publicly in the past, hard to see someone doing so as being ignorant or arrogant but again, I'll take it on board.

I didn’t ask you to take anything on board. I have found him ignorant and arrogant, I can have my opinion without having to align with yours.

I’m sure there are people that you have no time for that I do.

Well it's been onboarded so I can't get rid of it now.

I'll be back, going to look up arrogant and ignorant just to make sure I have it right in my own mind.

Maybe a Review on Charlie would help educate the uneducated?

Good way to stay in the side though, by crippling his fellow forwards. I reckon he might have been taking notes from Esava. :D

So with Josh Carr not entertaining the WCE job you cant tell me there isn't a succession plan in play at Alberton.

It would be very Kochie to do something like this.

He's refused to apply for other jobs as well wanting to stay in Adelaide. Succession plan or not, don't blame him you would think there is potentially two head coaching jobs up for grabs end of this year and/or end of next year.

Should get a decent deal for Houston, wasn't there talk of Bergman possibly on the move last year? I hope we don't lose either but I don't like our chances of retaining Houston.

Our list doesn't need a lot of replenishing mate, our core is still under 26 ( listed it on here several times so not doing it again ) so missing a draft or two when our list management has been very good isn't a huge concern.

If* we lost Houston then it would be a 1st rounder + top 30 minimum, we'd try for 2 x 1st and rightly so. He's exactly the type of risk we've taken in the past to get into the 1st round ( Wingard, Howard, Duursma to name a few ) but I hope like hell we don't move him on.

Having said that Logan Austin would give them great confidence to move him out and if GWS' Harry Perryman has agreed to come over he's no Houston but like for like as in half back with a good leg.

Bergman signed a new deal at the end of last year for 2 years taking him to the end of 2025 and 6 years service so a non free agent, we'd need to accept a trade for him or PSD.

We have a lot of younger lads that seem a bit stagnant or can't get game time, I don't mind us picking up ready made players but our success rate of getting the right ones is probably around 50%. We're in desperate need of a tall forward or two, I don't mind experimenting Esava up forward, at least he's further away from the opposition goals when he fluffs up his kick, he can take a grab though.

Our midfield doesn't need much tweaking, getting SPP back will be huge, especially having JHF lurking around too.
