* D5 GF re-match. Reckon the Chics will win that one.
* Heccies and Kenilworth will be a belter, Heccies tough at home though.
* I wouldn’t be shocked if Walkerville at home made things tough for Plympton.
* WOS should be too good at home for Pooraka.
* Morphy Parks should easily bounce back v Gaza

Pooraka's new coach just got a wake-up call. Might be one-way traffic from here on in.

Ok mate.

Decent game at Daly Oval, will be interesting when they meet again later in the year. Hectorville are pretty sharp. Plympton look the stage setters at this stage.

You don't agree, LK??

HAHA, c'mon LK, you're taking the piss. If Pooraka finish in the Top 5, the coach has done a huge job.
On a personal note, are you still playing cricket at Unley?

Dartfish has cost No. 10(Cory Jones) mark of the year. Instead of following the footy, they went to the goal square and you can only see the end of his mark. 21.55min of the first 1/4.

Morphetville Park have a disproportionate number of redheads and blonde players with white skin.

With a red and yellow jumper it’s a strange club to pick for these fellows.

Looks like they may struggle this year. Hopefully for them they get better as the weather cools.

gepps will struggle to win a game if they do not man up in defense . very happy to be proven wrong if someone gets within 5 metres of their opponent

Decent comp with the top 6-7 sides. Gepps have plenty of talent, however they are stiff to be 0-4.

Just want to know how many times a Div 5 club has won A’s & B’s then gone on to win Div 4 A’s & B’s? Couldn’t have been many times, real chance this year .

Not sure what game you were watching yesterday but the defence was the least of our problems. Our foot skills especially when we hit around the centre we’re deplorable. I lost count of the amount of times (probably more than 20), we missed a simple 15 metre kick to a team mate. This in turn puts pressure back on the defenders who then look out of position. The defence was one of the main reasons we had a chance to almost pinch the game in the last 30 seconds.

I know Bedge is probably stirring but as for both Burgoyne and Milera, they both are injured and we’re at the game yesterday.

Doesn’t get easier with Plympton at home next week. Probably the hardest gig in D4 this year.

At least it runs North/South Zed :D

For the record Heccies are as good a div 4 side I’ve seen in the last 3 years.

Some decent tests in coming weeks for the Chics. Plympton’s reserves from memory have only lost one game since the beginning of 2022 so that’s a hurdle within itself. Full credit to Plympton in the A’s on the weekend who finished very strong after not looking like they were in the contest for the majority of the day. Top 4-5 sides look very even when given the opportunity to play at their best. Hectorville as I mentioned in my previous post were very good 2 weeks back and they will be hard to beat if they keep that group out on the park as the year progresses.
