EVENT: AFL Umpire Meet & Greet @ Festival of Footy

Sunday April 7th

10:30am – 12:30pm

Festival of Footy – Riverbank Precinct @ Adelaide Oval

The AFL Umpire Meet & Greet is an opportunity to chat with some of the AFL’s best umpires in each discipline about their journey, training and how they approach practical situations that have seen them reach the top of their craft. Held during Gather Round, the event will be informal, with AFL umpires available to answer any questions, provide training tips, take photos or just generally share stories and experiences for those that wish to come up and chat with them. The AFL Umpires will be positioned at the SANFL stand, located at the Festival of Footy – Riverbank precinct @ Adelaide Oval. There will also be additional activations within the precinct featuring AFL players, SANFL players, Games & experiences you can be involved in. The event is open to all umpires from around the country, so grab a mate, come along and enjoy a great day out to pick up some valuable umpiring tips and be involved in a celebration of footy.
Carlton fans can get a selfie with their favourite umpires. :D

regards,

REB

Adelaide Oval to accept cryptocurrency for food and drinks this round.

Might as well be Monopoly money.

Hmmm, Lynch has hardly played over the past two seasons and Balta is a bit hit or miss, they managed to pull off a gutsy win against the dangerous Sydney despite these two being off the ground……and the Saints lost to Essendon, I thought they were a much better side.

The Ross Lyon negative game plan means that the opposition is nearly always in the game so the score never got away from us and we took our chances. Richmond are definitely a good chance IMO

How's the smiles on the faces of the AFL media pack?

Snouts are in the trough this weekend. Motels, gyms, good food during the day, footy, great food at night all within walking distance of their hotel.

The AFL and SA government put on a marketing master class.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.
