It's like when a couple start a relationship based on cheating with each other then down the track one cheats on the other and they are completely shocked and distraught.
Same as players that jump from club year to year, clubs take them on and then are in shock when all a sudden they have a mass exodus fall of players who were known to jump clubs.

100% agree Bedge. This appointment just proves they do dumb things and it they are serious about saving their club then an internal appointment would be the way to go. Passionate and club people save footy clubs, like your good self.
