Congratulations to Houghton on what they've achieved this season - it's a massive credit to all involved in the club, from the bottom to the top. Particularly happy for former Ingle Farm premiership player and A grade captain Dan Bryant, and premiership player Adam Fiedler.

They've been knocking on the door for a number of years now, it's awesome to see them get back up to D6, but aside from that, they've build a wonderful Junior program to go with their strong senior setup. They still sell good wine as well. :D

Wish them well for Saturday - obviously I want my club to win - but none the less, I hope the day goes smoothly and great football is on display for people to watch and realise that D7 has developed and improved drastically over the past 10yrs.

On our club, well we have achieved nothing, but it's pleasing to have moved out of D7 and made our stay short. The real work starts now, as I wrote start of the year I want to have the club higher than D7 and D6 with stability and sustainability - not yo-yoing - and to have a healthy jnr program... that still remains the primary focus.

All the best tomorrow Bedge, you have done a great job at the club. Massive effort by not only yourself, but Payney and everyone involved. 10 years between drinks is a long time and I hope you bring home the silverware. Enjoy it Farmers ❤️

Reckon Bedge would be feeling pretty comfy at 1/4 time, 5 goals up and looking the goods

Wouldn’t have minded $10 on a sneaky little all up for the farmers to win by exactly 86pts in both the 2nd Semi and the GF!

Yeah, pretty comprehensive wins. Congratulations to everyone at Ingle Farm. They have been the best team all year and completely outclassed Houghton today.

Personally think Ingle Farm won’t be stopping in D6 for very long. Congrats Bedge and Payney.

That was one of the best weekends of my life, I can't remember the last time I had so much fun! The overwhelming relief of getting to the end of the season alone was great, let alone the win. It feels like a heavy boulder has been lifted from me.. for now! :D

Never seen the club like it was Saturday night, it was amazing, electric, good hearted, loving vibe.

Congratulations to Houghton on winning the B grade, they're a very good team - and play well as a team. I'm devastated for the loyal lads at Ingle Farm who have stuck through thick and thin, but sadly that's footy and that reserves GF was always going to go down to the wire.

Better team won on the day.

Whilst that may be wrong, there is definitely some movement occurring at Brahma - and some of the dollars being spoken about to get players back in the door is ridiculous.

Would appear the cycle is set to continue..

Yep a couple of brahma guys who stayed on this season are already 'bragging' that the gang is getting back together. Whether it comes to fruition who knows but that definitely seems the plan from Brahma's end.
