Did Crawley shag a leprechaun or something. The arsey basterd would find a million dollars in a room full of shit.

Bit like marnus when he got dropped 50 thousand times when he was dominating here. Well batted Zak, he's had a very good series. Cummins seems lost.

Rain this test will be the only way we retain the Ashes (which I don't think we deserve to).

60 odd in front, 6 wickets in hand.

Does Stokes declare and back themselves to chase down any lead?

Gut feel they play t20. Get a lead of 250 and then back themselves to try and bowl out Australia in the remaining 70 overs left in the day and eliminate the risk of rain day 4/5.

What's up with Pat Cummins....never seen him so inconsistent, he's best has been brilliant but also never seen him bowl so much down leg.

Bazball getting to him? Pressure of the captaincy in a tough series??

Cummins is cooked no energy
We are cooked no answers

They are in our heads
Don’t mind saying well batted to a bloke as he walks off after a hundred but Carey ran the length of the pitch to shake his hand and tap him on the arse

Bazzball has us by the balls

He is the only pace bowler to play the Test Match Final and all four Ashes Tests. He needed to be rested for one like all the other bowlers. That's the problem with having a bowler as captain and him wanting to play every match. Now he looks absolutely stuffed and is basically useless, and to top it off he is a very average captain. Weather holds out just a bit over Day 4/5 then we are losing the Ashes 3-2 for sure

Yep absolutely, smash a lead of anything they can get then send us back in.

The pitch is still good for batting, however it's starting ay some tricks. The Root grubber is just the start you would think.

How can a bloke who averages 28 smack the best attack in the world (minus the goat) around all over the place?
Must've bowled him some tripe!

Whilst the competition has been close, I don't think the standard of cricket has been that great this series.

Especially the bowling and bowling tactics of the Aussies.

The luxury England have is no matter what happens in the rest of their innings it doesnt change what Australia does.

Whether England get bowled out with 100 run lead going the tonk or end up with a 250 lead Australia are going to come out, play slightly cautiously, look to accumulate a score whilst batting as long as possible and batting England out of the win. Either way Australia aren't going to try and press the game on or try and set up a score England can chase.

What a day. Well batted Zak, he's been really solid this series even if he still gets out in dumb ways to much. Root looked incredible till the grubber.

Aussies bowled the worst I can recall in a long time, just way to straight especially to Zak. Lyon is such a big out.

We will try to get to 500 asap and declare. The only good thing is if the rain stays away there will be plenty of cloud cover so it will swing more then the first 2 days.
