Sent us in. Looking forward to watching us play the moving ball. Just have to see out the day. If it's a little soft on top then we get to bowl into the dents from day 1 on day 2.
Interesting to me that Hazlewood is now seen as a lock despite his recent injury issues and Boland is immediately the one to make way for Starc. I don't think anyone expects Starc to not be expensive so that's why I think the pressure is more on Hazlewood to perform in this match.

I don’t Hazelwood is a lock he’s just the freshest.
No chance he plays the third test given the short break.

True that he's the freshest of the bowlers so that's more of a reason why there's more pressure on him to perform in this match IMO.

Freshest coz he’s so injury prone and hasn’t been playing. Big call picking him over Boland IMO
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

He's quality and gets the good blokes out more often than not....when fit. Just hope he's not chalky this game. I think Green will bowl well here.

That is true but i guess having the luxury of Green as a bowling options makes Hazelwood less of a risk.
I'm all but certain there is a pre determined rotation for the five test series and 'freshness' is valued just as highly if not more than form. Not that i agree with it.

True, I'm not denying his quality I'm just worried about his body holding up. Time will tell.
