Does the TAB not take 'card'...

Is that some legislation or something to do with responsible gambling.

Haven't used a TAB in 10 years. Even when at the pub i just use my sportsbet account.

people in my cricket team do that too, the staff must be confused when they start celebrating without having put a bet on with them.

Sportsbet app gives better detail on the horses....

Don't have to go and fill out a ticket which takes longer...

Don't have to line up and wait for the staff member to fix some old blokes error on his $2 each way bet.

Winnings straight back into my bank account.... and not having to deal with cash.

I mainly use Debit cards these days for everyday small expenditure, for the simple convenience and not having to pay online later for their use. I do have two Credit cards for more major expenses - a low level one for use in on line purchases, and higher level one for major expenses. (The latter is rarely used.)

I do keep some cash for situations where cash is expedient - like paying our relatively inexpensive cleaning lady.

This is another thing that gives me the sh1ts,. If we dump used Lithium batteries instead of recycling them it will give everyone the shits, plus kidney damage and Thyroid gland damage once water levels rise above 0.8mmol/litre...

Very easy to recycle.

Our local foodland has a "receptacle" for all used batteries. The button batteries are also very dangerous to young children as they often put them in their mouth and sometimes swallow.
