Both teams have to play on it still.

Being 2 days “out” in preparation while not good, is not even comparable to leaving it bone dry outside the left handers off stump…. At both ends.

At least Brisbane was the same at both ends, and for both right and left handers.

Yeah, we've been guilty of it for years, just not as obvious.

I disagree, we prepare 1 pitch; not 2 pitches in 1.

Yeah, I was more along the lines of preparing a pitch to our strengths.

Which we always do but then complain when other countries do it.

Everyone does it, it’s part of the game.

That is pure pitch doctoring though. Water the whole pitch not just the areas that suit. We wouldn’t do that

I have no problem with preparing a pitch for your own conditions, but don't doctor different parts of the pitch.

Of course not! ;)
Or use sandpaper, give bookies pitch conditions, take diuretic tablets or bowl underarm.

Our curators are probably are a bit more subtle when doing it ;)

That wasn't prepared to favor either side though, particularly not the home side, that was just purely inept.

All the news about how the pitch won't suit the left hander batters......due to an odd bare patch down one end outside the left handers off stump.

I wouldn't change anything myself but could the selectors be panicked into making changes that sees both Handscombe and Green play.

At the expense of Head? I don't think so.

If they had balls the one would be the exhausted and out of form Warner.

It was terrible
A doctored pitch gone wrong perhaps?

The photos of the pitch in India look edited anyway.
Who knows with the Indians.

Yeah were going to prepare a green top when South Africa's best bowlers (Rabada and Nortje and to a lesser extent Jansen) are all quick seamers.

As Booney says that was just inept by the new bloke taking over from the Mitchells.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

Our reigning "Player of The Series"?

Regardless of our perception of him as an individual, he is our 2nd best opening option atm.

Swepson to be chucking them outside the right handers leg stump and spitting them back at the curry eating **** sticks.

There's a part of me that actually likes it.
Everyone makes pitches to suit their bowlers.
Creating different pitches to suit their right handed bats vs our lefties, is a cool tactic. Good on them.

The bit I don't like is it means we'll see less cricket as we'll lose even quicker than normal.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!

We need more batsmen, Handscomb is the obvious choice - right hander, in form, plays spin well.
