I might be out on my own here but I’ve never really rated him.

The 4Play and Six provided by Steve Blonde Don Smith finishes tonight when HH play SS
Smith will not be plying BBL finals as will be off to India for the upcuming tour

Can the cricketing administrators please please please provide a schedule with more availability of players such as Smith
It would help the cause of converting people like Boon from Alberton and Redleg E Boy to this form of cricket

Should AS play finals they will be without Khan and Lynn who are playing in other franchised 20/20 cricket as well as Head and Carey who are off to India

What an insane comp, we still have a chance to play finals, I reckon the same happened last year.

We were good, then we were poop, then we fell into the finals and became good again.

Zero chance of that happening again though.

Where to for next season? What do we do differently?

Agree.

I’d go as far as to get rid of Head.
Keep Carey though.

Bring in a batter on big $ to replace Head.

Need another genuine spinner too.
Siddle is done but I think we have enough bowlers with Agar, Conway and Thornton.

Spencer needs to be on the list, I think that horse has bolted though.

You would think that Head and Carey wouldn't cost us much, surely they'd play for a bit of loose change so they can reside home for a little while after busy schedules.

We need to focus on a settled team that can play the whole season if we are serious about winning, I'd be trying to secure a Wade or someone alike, Lynn was a success but it's a no from me if he's not going to play the entirety.

I did read somewhere that Head is on the most coin with Rashid.
Strange given neither play the whole season.

Think the last contract Trav signed was in the region of $200k per season. He's barely played a game since!

Agar - Cut
Boyce - Keep
Carey - Keep
CdG - Cut
Conway - Cut
Gibson - Cut
Head - Keep
Hose - Keep
Hunt - Cut
Kelly - Keep
Khan - Keep
Lynn - Keep
Manenti - Cut
Nielsen - Cut
Short - Keep
Siddle - Cut
Thornton - Keep
Weatherald - Cut

Probably need to keep one of Agar and Conway but definitely don't need both.

..and Gillespie - Cut, Tim Nielsen - Cut. Big clean out needed through the whole place. Too much Redbacks mediocrity has infiltrated the Strikers.

Does Dizzy coach T20 anywhere else?
Has he coached in England in T20?

Not currently but he would have at Yorkshire and Sussex. The same teams play all formats
