I'd imagine that one of the challenges at the Eagles right now is the race to sign recruits is occurring before the 5 AFL delisted players of Rowe, Poulter, Frederick, Schofield and Polec know whether they have a future at AFL level. We could end up with none or all of them, but to what extent do you reserve salary cap space at the expense of missing out on other recruits?

Connor was never going to make it. The coach has had three years looking at him, gave him three league games in a row and just wasn't up to league standard. I think you will find Schofield has already been signed by a WAFL club, I just can't remember which one. I think you will find the footy dept. has been working very hard to get what we need, Sheedy will be very determined to improve considerably on last seasons finish. The Eagles also have a good crop of youngsters coming through, I think they will put out a very competitive team. Last year the Eagles lost good players at the last minute and had significant injuries through the season which crippled the balance of the team.

Played as a forward Juniors and reserves, Played 7 league games mostly as a defender, not his go. Has missed a lot of games with injury including the whole of 2020(?) with an acl.
