Catering to the Victorians.

Yup, Dan's AFL GF holiday on the Friday so people can cline the streets of Burke street for the parade but now it on the Yarra....

Also allows for Tony and Dave to get back from London
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

AFL Players player award voted by all players,( 2022 winner Andrew Brayshaw )

Would players hold this award higher than Brownlow voted by umpires?

It should but the media surrounding and prestige over the umpires award outranks it.

I would think the players would rate this higher than the Brownlow but I bet there aren't any contracts that have clauses saying 'if I win the AFLPA medal I get a bonus of....' where there would be many that would have something about the Brownlow stated in them.

Anyone in here in the transport game?

I've bought a cricket bowling machine stand from Greg Chappell Cricket Centre - it's ready to collect from QLD, but they don't have it strapped to a pallet, it's approx 200kg, they don't have a forklift on-site and it's approx 2.7m long!

They're told me they'd like it picked up within a few days, but finding someone who can do it is proving very difficult and i'm out of ideas.

You'll need to :

Get hold of a metro carrier ( Jet, Comet etc ) and ask them to take a tail gated truck or a truck with forklift on board.

Ask them to deliver it to a National carrier ( Northline, Mainfreight etc ). $200-300+

As them to palletise the goods and deliver to you on a tailgated truck. $1000-1500 It's oversized so 2.7m = 3 pallet spaces

My guesses in italic are generous, I hope you got it cheap.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

Bloody expensive bowling machine!
It’d be cheaper to find a friend to bowl to you.

Go for a walk around Elizabeth Quay
Head up to Hillary's as well
See if you can get in a tour of Optus Stadium. Didn't get there when was over there but did watch a game

Go for a drive up the Swan Valley as well, plenty of places to check out there
