Symes for pick 28, which is the pick Crwos got from Sydney for Mattner. Not a bad swap in the end, same sort of players but i think Symes has a better defensive game.

Not necessarily the worst trade ever. They wont do too good at the Saints. Better than them going to a good team.

They get 2 first choice players for an average pick. They pick up Schneider who will do well at the feet or Riewoldt/Kosi and Dempster who's a good tall running defender.

Schneider is my favourite player but with no hamill and gehrig to crumb off. He will have to be at the feet of the over-rated Riewoldt. Milne already has that job. So maybe he will run out of defence

Milne is on his last legs, wouldn't surprise me to see him axed.

That seems OK to me so far

Can't find much to disagree with in this one, seems a good deal for the Saints ... Would Cap space have been an issue at Sydney?
