I went all out on Sunday, got a 2.7kg boneless rolled lamb and a 2.5kg boneless rolled pork and there were only 6 of us, my youngest daughter was as happy as whoever Larry's equivalent is as she knew I'd be bringing the leftovers in for lunch each day this week.

I am now on a full scale diet.

For all the roasts I have cooked in my life, I have never cooked a roast chook, I have done the marinated laydown ones but I just don't see that they have enough meat on them for me to warrant roasting one.
