I have no issue with it at all. This team doesn't play a match so the captain call isn't that important. Gawn was skipper last year, share the love. Its a great honour to a statesman of the game who is pretty well universally loved within the comp.

I think it is, a captain is somewhat of a position, just like a ruckman or a full back. Not only is Gawn the best ruckman in the league, I also think he is the best captain too. I think it's an insult to give it to Hawkins.

Daughter was on the phone to me last night and we were discussing the AA, she's a Crows supporter and we were talking about who might get a gig, I did say that Rozee will probably jag the last spot on the bench

FWIW, I think it's brilliant that Stengle got a gig, well done young man.

Hard to find fault in the side, I thought the squad was a bit pooped up but the final team looks around the mark.

I probably underestimated the year Heeney had, the Bont is a bit stiff and I thought a 2nd ruck is usually occupying a seat on the bench, I gets Blicavs is that man.

I bit surprised that the Coleman Medalist doesn't get a spot and I thought Sicily had a brilliant brain fartless year, Rory Laird has reason to be bitter too.

Walker making the squad ahead of Buddy was laughable.

Had a great year, on top of the AA inclusion he also made it into my Supercoach team.....................and didn't get injured because of it.

probably, but stengle and the crows just werent a good fit for eachother and the change of scenery has helped immensely

probably, but stengle and the crows just werent a good fit for eachother and the change of scenery has helped immensely

Getting out of SA would've been a huge factor too, chuck in the fact that Eddie would've taken him under his wing then it all works out for the best.
