It was a tad misleading, they showed clips of Port running amok against Essendon beforehand inferring it was from the weekend when in fact the bench footage came from the game vs North when they were comfortably in front.
ah right ok. even so, the distain by Hind was still there and left truck looking like a fool.
Was unacceptable by Hind. I get that he was infuriated by being dumped in a dangerous tackle where he hit his head so he gave the umpire a spray which led to a free and goal but the least he could do is look the coach in the eyes

Hind, I'm no fan of his. Downhill skier
Matty Wade is a star and deserves more respect from the forum family!
I find it disturbing that he turns up for work at bullshit o'clock, still dark, and the ambulance chasers are there with a bunch of dumb questions. Its probably why I'm not an afl coach

I really feel sorry for Rutten after what he's been through the past two/three days, doesn't deserve to be treated like he has been treated by the club and the media.

So that's why Get what you're saying. FFS how early does he have to get there to dodge the bastards?

Gruden and Belichick are known for being at work at 4:00 am in-season (might be when Gruden was sending those emails)
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

He will be moved on. No chance he keeps his job. I did have a feeling he would coach next year but be sacked at the bye round of things weren’t going well but I now just can’t see him surviving past this week.

Harsh on him imo, you just had a decent month but were absolutely pathetic on the weekend.

McVeigh?
Doubt it. GWS have looked worse with him in charge. The club needs a tough and ruthless coach who won’t take crap from the board. I think they will look at Lyon or Chocco and perhaps Buckley. Don’t think we will go for a inexperienced coach

Really? Thought it was a train wreck. He stumbled and bumbled his way through it and got absolutely mauled by the press. He pretty much let it slip that Rutten is gone though. Most concerning that he said the worm Xavier is safe too

I actually don’t hate Ken. He has done a good job at Port and come in when the club was on its knees. Yes I think he has probably stayed on a touch too long but after just missing out on a GF a couple of years back he had every right to think they were not that far off. We all like to make jokes about him but he has undoubtedly left Port in a better place than when he started. I’d rather Ken than Ross, Buckley etc and definitely over Hird
