Not sure if I listen to the BOM and build an ark or I just take a brolly.

Came home from Brissy yesterday, going up the flight was 1 hour 50 mins, coming back last night was 3 hours 10 mins! we lobbed 3 mins after the 11pm curfew

how good was it finally getting a bit of sunshine over the weekend?

so much better for the mental health getting out in the fresh air and getting some vitamin D*

hopefully we have similar weather this weekend too, although i dare say it will rain cos its fathers day and adelaide show is on, lol

It was so good! Amazing how much a clear sky and a bit of sun can change your whole mood and energy levels.. a willingness and want to actually go outside and be active.
