I like the bit where each game there’s an emotion charged, high energy, get the crowd involved, Ken’s only move bit - usually in the 3rd Qtr - that builds the anticipation before the adrenaline drops away and the bubble is burst.

Obviously that's season done now for Port, they need to assess what they are doing with Dixon and the ruck situation.

Marshall and Georgiadis are these best forwards with only room for Dixon or Finlayson.

The thing is, they aren't playing terribly at the moment. They have been competitive and only just off the pace. The talent is there on the list they just need someone who can coach.

Is Clarkson a smokey to Port?

Watching the Gold Coast V Brisbane, good game so far. That Gold Coast midfield of Anderson, Miller, Rowell and Holland's for is first game is just full of talent.

Keep that group together and healthy and my word they paly finals soon.

Took my youngest to yesterday’s game, and what a cracker it was. Not sure how but he’s a pretty passionate Cats supporter and he enjoyed the gentle ribbing from all my Port supporting mates. He’s a tinny little bugger who predicted pre-match a Cats victory by 11 points, so I took them 11/12 at $26 on Sportsbet, then backed the Cats at 3/4 time

Great father-so. Day that both of us thoroughly enjoyed.

Valiant effort from Port who played with plenty of passion, result obviously showed there wasn’t much between the sides on the day, Cats with a few more correct decisions and executions in hot moments maybe the difference.
