Re: North Melbourne
There may be one other reason.
There's heat on north to get back up the ladder quickly to avoid being swallowed by the Tassie license.
The board have lost patience with going further backwards from last year.
The poor bloke had 38 games and just when you see a massive improvement against a potential top 4 side, they sack him.
I think the board should be held accountable for not staying the course.
Recruiters resigning mid season is puzzling also.
Has Noble given them a backhander for the state of their list management and they didn't like it.
Or was it the board who pissed them off?
So many questions.
I do feel for Noble, I reckon he's been dudded here.

In another cruel blow Polec has been ruled out for the rest of 2022. Good news though, he's contracted for 2023.

Happy to wager both Shaw and noble will never be a senior afl coach again.
Plenty of experienced successful candidates available.
Harsh but a good decision .
Noble was simply a poor choice for the role imho.
Remembering he was targeted by North to 'do a Fagan'. So I'm not sure it was a bad choice, as the premise of having a senior coach (this one had experience coaching his own side) was a good one. Just didn't work for multiple reasons, some of them his no doubt, some or most of the reasons would be North's doing.
Chalk and cheese imho. Fagan was a successful assistant coach for ten years whilst Noble hasn’t coached for 10 years.
It would be like making Steven Trigg your coach because the crows made finals when he ran the football dept.
As I say I’m sure Noble interviewed well.

Re: North Melbourne
So, if the Pres says they have a great list, they obviously won't be asking for a priority pick nor help from the AFL.
Right?
Right?

If he left Sydney, it would surely be to a club that is a chance at a flag.

Why is there pressure on us to thwart off a Tassie move? Tell me one reason why NMFC would move to Tassie.
