BUT, the first horizontal stripe is red. They are red, white & blue stripes over a blue background, as per Big Dog's guernsey, Dutschke's guernsey AND Obst's guernsey!

In 71,72 and 73 West End managed to do red with a small white V. And it was a slighter harder V to do. But then again when Sturt were there (in the 60's and 70's) they managed to do the Sturt logo.
Oh well, near is good enough these days.........bit like their beers.

For what it is worth - on my avatar is how the dogs colours were painted last year and personally think should have been that way again this year - a personal opinion - but doesnt really matter if your colours are top of the chimney!!

You know what Wedge, technically he's right, the TOP of the jumper is blue, but the first STRIPE is red.....

First stripe is red, first colour is blue.
The order of colours is blue, red, white.
