Just a trial they're trying this year.

Mother's day Sunday, historically always get low crowds on Sunday so just the two games on Sunday this round.
If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Idiots :

The West Coast Eagles are aware that some players attended a Leederville nightclub last Saturday and are continuing to investigate the matter.

Given the current environment and the peak in COVID-19 cases in Perth the club is devastated that some players opted to go out publicly as they have done.

Senior coach Adam Simpson, in quarantine under AFL Health and Safety Protocols, said: “I am furious and disappointed with the actions of these players.”.

The club has gone to great lengths in educating the players around the need to adhere to club guidelines and it is beyond disappointing that they have put themselves in this situation.

It is particularly disheartening given the strain on player availability at this stage of the season.

At the earliest opportunity the club will meet with the players concerned.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

The bloke has been handed the poisonous chalice, fortunately for him he finishes his tenure there as a premiership coach.

I think he has more to offer the game but coaching out there atm is sucking the life out of him. They'll part ways by years end and both will be better for it IMO.

Agreed, Port went into favourites as soon as Bontempelli was out but clearly the money has kept coming.

What an absolute gift, dogs will flog Port. They should have lost by 10 goals last week if St Kilda kicked straight.

Makes sense, but why not an early start here and a later start in Perth so they can be B2B?
