Constance Perm

I may be wrong, but you might find that your not allowed to sign 1st year draft players to contract extensions in their first year.

Can someone confirm if this is the case

Sorry MP,I am indeed,didn't think he was with us for that long.I "googled" him but had no Wiki on him for his stats.
