I’ve watched it a few times & it looks pretty clear even without the head on vision that horse 8 The Grey Panther causes the fall by bumping him into the running rail.

BR 7 # 8 - won
MR 4 # 8 - nutted for second
MR 7 # 4 - third, you need to see the run/ride
