Caro & McClure get away with very little, perhaps a bit of reputational damage. Insurance will cover the costs - I hope at least they will need to stare down the camera on the first episode of FC this year and apologise.

But in reality I bet they put up "we reached a confidential agreement" and refuse to discuss the subject.
