Murray Bridge today absolutely cracking day for it and the course is in unreal condition, for $29 seriously underrated course.

Golf was pretty good, tee to green was awesome, actually felt like I couldn’t hit the ball any better struggled with putter today, certainly not the greens fault put I kept leaving everything short :-?? Possibly playing so many different greens of late, they were pretty wet early also.

73 off the bat 5 over (par 68) 7 bogeys and 2 birdies. 3 putted 3 faaaaaaaaarking times and one of them was still a par! Have an eagle putt and make par that’s pretty ordinary

Was well behaved, I took 8 red cans and only finished 4 all on the back 9.

Mrs is still talking to me as I got back to the farm still in reasonable condition. That’s a win.
you've gota keep on keep'n on .........

Been thinking of a hit at MB during Jan, glad to hear its still going well.

West Lakes on Friday was good fun, course in good nick - fairways excellent, greens good considering the traffic they cop - bit of couch developing in them, hopefully something they can control.

Golf was average, as usual good in parts but not for long enough, only 2 pars and a birdie (17th) and played the 3 par 5's 8 over  for a 96

Aston Hills today (Mt Barker) got out of the blocks well with par, par start.. 2 up in junior from the get go.

Young bloke smashes drive up the 3rd.., bloody 8 iron in, that’s serious golf right there. I hit back with par on 4.

We get to the 6th and he says to me… “your swing has changed dad…”… really I say, how’s that…”you swing like an old man now”… been sledged a lot on the sporting field… that ******* hurt… a lot!

Make the turn and he’s 2 up.

Peg it back to all square with one to play… old but wise, superior course management at this point.

18th tee, I have the honour… driver inside the 100.. wedge in, easy peasy. He hooks left into the junk. Then flicks a gap wedge to 5 foot, drains the bird for good measure. Get ******!

I paid for the golf, the cart and the beers (he is teetotal thank ****) and now I paying for dinner in Hahndorf!!

After commencing with a Bones on the 1st  and a 9 on the 11th was pretty happy with my 98 (34 pts) in windy conditions at West lakes, basically bogey golf for the other 16 holes.

Irons went fantastic, should have upgraded years ago, even mishits went pretty well.

40 points to with a scrub on the 12th hit O/B #-O
Played really well, 36 front 9 and 35 on the back.

Takes me back to playing off 3, I’ll certainly need time in the range to maintain it.

Does the Sevens rotate between front and back 9s weekly?
