The Redbacks will probably lose that one by an innings.

A good chance for SACA to cash in from the gate takings and catering.

NSW and Victoria denied entry to SA. They had both offered to hard quarantine with no training for two weeks in Adelaide but were rejected.
Will now play amongst themselves

Its the biggest joke running.

Yet football teams could come in and play in front of 50k. God forbid cricket teams hard quarantine and then play in front of 13 spectators.

Nicola won’t have that on her watch  Any progressive State Leader would jump at the chance, great for the local economy!

CA are useless - they should have seen the situation way before this...try August, and successfully arranged them to find an agreement somewhere.

While on CA; if they really wanted to help the newest Test teams out regarding the all but cancelled Afghanistan match, they would have got a hold of Ireland...or Zimbabwe even. I'll tell you why they wouldn't do that though - they don't have Rashid Khan in their sides.

Zimbabwe are probably still bearing the scars from last time they played a test against us.

Is that when Hayden hit about 743 in the first innings.

Yeah mate, struck at high 80's too, him and Gilly put on 230 odd at about 7 an over, Ray Price nearly got a double ton and just about everyone had a bowl for us.

Probably because she wants anyone watching to duck and not touch the ball
Also - I see there's a 2nd X1 game on next week v WA here.

While I agree Nicola is useless, and the criticism she cops for being too conservative is warranted, I understand the biggest issue is actually the difference between the AFL and CA, not necessarily the way the state governments are viewing each of the sports.
The AFL executive are progressive, keen to find solutions, and happy to pay the costs of flights, testing, hotels, etc, as their business model is still profitable.

CA on the other hand is bleeding money. It can't sustain the costs of putting everyone up in hotels for 6 months when shield cricket brings in no money.
Danny Southern telling Plugga he's fat, I'd like to see that!
